Quote Specific Terms
Please see below dot points for you to read before accepting the job:
1. About our service
- We Provide professional vehicle transportation services using licensed and insured car carriers.
- Our responsibility is limited to the safe collection and delivery of vehicles as specified in the booking.
2. Booking & Acceptance
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- The client acknowledges and agrees that the booking is accepted only once confirmed in writing.
- The client must provide accurate vehicle details, Including make, model, condition, and any special requirements.
3. Insurance & Liability
- We hold insurance cover for the carriage of vehicles, but this does not extend to personal effects or accessories inside the vehicle.
- The client is responsible for ensuring vehicles are suitable for transportation and does not contain any illegal or hazardous materials.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the vehicle if we are found negligent or at fault. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or acts beyond our control.
4. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery
- Vehicles must be accessible for collection and delivery at agreed locations and times.
- The client must ensure vehicles are in a safe condition for transport, Including fuel levels, keys and access.
- Any delays caused by inaccessible vehicles, Inaccessible locations, Or Client negligence may incur additional charges and rescheduling.
5. Vehicle Conditions & Inspection
- The client must declare any pre-existing damage or defects before transport.
- Insurance claims for damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- The vehicle will be inspected before and after transport, and photographs may be taken for documentation.
6. Payments & Charges
- Payment is due as per the estimate/quote provided prior to pick up.
- Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles, extra stops, delays or special handling.
- Full payment must be settled before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Bookings & Deposits
- A non- refundable deposit of [amount or percentage] is required to secure your booking.
- This deposit is payable at the time of booking and confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
8. Cancelltion Terms
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a loss of the full booking payment or deposit paid, as this timeframe does not allow us to reallocate the booked slots or resources.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period, and deposits paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
9. No-show Policy
- If you fail to provide access or are unavailable at the scheduled pickup/delivery time, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
- Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or rebooking.
10. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Rescheduling within this period may incur additional charges depending on availability.
11. Access & Unloading
- The client must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the designated pickup and delivery points.
- The client is responsible for any costs related to inaccessible locations or delays caused by third parties.
12. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including weather, road closures, accidents, or legal restrictions.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and may involve arbitration or legal proceedings if necessary.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
